Design and build an enterprise level website and create marketing materials across all channels. All to be undertaken from a blank canvas to launch in just over 4 months. The deadline was immovable. All existing collateral including the website belonged to the previous franchise operator. The launch date was absolute.
The scope and scale of the project was vast. The “Design and build” of the site was handled by the amazing team at altcom. Whilst Union took responsibility for the re-platforming of all the marketing materials and the planning of all the new campaigns.
I was the lead designer at Union for this project. My role was to coordinate design and strategy between altcom and Union. I collaborated with altcom’s design and front-end team’s. Working as a UX consultant, and strategist for the website throughout the project running workshops and working on design problems with altcom, and coordinating regular meetings with the Abellio’s mobilisation team.
The work Union did was nominated for best Integrated Campaign at the Scottish Creative Awards 2015.
